Speedbingo.
Speed Group is a logistics- and staffing company based in Borås. They have a large workforce spread out at locations all over Sweden.
The assignment
Updating and launching a company’s brand internally is a challenge. But getting all employees to truly embrace it, enjoy it, and feel a strong sense of belonging—that’s not easy. It could have happened to us too, if we hadn’t added an extra step in how we implemented Speed’s new brand.
The solution
We found a solution that changed everything—one that suited Speed’s young employees, allowed us to reach them despite their different locations, and sparked their interest.
We decided to work with gamification and came up with the concept of ’Speedbingo’. A fun and simple mobile game where employees learned about the brand through various challenges over three weeks—all while competing for great prizes.



The result
So, how did it go? Speedbingo was a huge success! Right from the start, 43% of employees participated, showing great engagement and strengthening the sense of community even further.
And the best part? Speedbingo never ends—it returns three times a year with new challenges and missions.
My role in the project.
Art Direction
As the Art Director for Speedbingo, I developed a visually engaging and user-friendly design that made learning about the brand both fun and interactive.
UX/UI Design
By integrating gamification with intuitive UX design, I created an engaging and seamless experience that kept Speed’s young workforce motivated and involved.
Idea & Concept
The idea for Speedbingo was inspired by the simplicity of classic children’s games. Speedbingo make brand education engaging. With missions, rewards, and a social element, it made learning fun while boosting participation, team spirit, and connection.
